Unable To Purchase Game Packages

A few players, including myself were discussing game packages on our Team Speak channel.

We noticed that we can't buy any packages.  So we all closed out of the game, and re-started. 

We each tried to purchase a different package, but could not.

Someone suggested we use Pay Pal-I Tried that-still unable to make a purchase. 

Another member stated that if you are in the United States and are trying to make a purchase, the issue could be that Plarium is in the Ukraine and banks are blocking payment.

UPDATE: I checked my account settings and made sure my country was set to US as did other players-still unable to make purchase

Any insight into this issue would be helpful.

UPDATE-4/21/2022

I was able to make three purchases on 4/9/2022. They were small purchases in the $19.00 range.

Since that day, I have tried to make several purchases. Clicking on any package does not produce the purchase screen.

I disagree with the Russian invasion of Ukraine (using the word "disagree" is the most "mild" response to use on this forum).

 Using any other words to describe what is going on in the Ukraine would result in being banned from the forums.

Hello Meritus. I have already replied to you to your other post. I'm really sorry for this inconvenience. Please try to reboot your PC and clear your Plarium Play Cache, as it helped other players to do the purchases they want. It is a known issue and isn't the players' fault for sure.

Issue resolved with several re-boots of PC as well as clearing cache within the app itself under settings.

You need to perform the action several times.
