Thank you all for your input, so I understood why the players have no key for the divine coffers, as the game stated that the keys come along with the divine coffers. The point is the key is a master universal key, meaning that it can open other general chests as well. It seems that the players spend it to one of their lower value general coffers, without knowing that it is a  passe-partout key. I didn't know it either, and I realised it when I spoke with a lot of fellow Spartans who had no key. It isn't the players' fault, of course, that's why I forwarded it to the manager. Please submit a ticket again, and ask the Support to give you the key to open your hard earned divine coffer. It is better to check the key before you click to open any Gerneral's coffer😉
