How can my polemarchs view statistics?

Where is the setting where I can allow my polemarchs to see the players' troop stats. When I was a polemarch in another coalition I could view all the stats. I'm a hegemon and only I can see the stats.

Which Polemarch privileges and views are you referring to beyond those visible and configurable at the embassy?

He is referring to the stats page that shows each members offensive/defensive/scouting strength. How much each contributes to the pantheons and capital

YES, the stats. I had the stats when I was a polemarch. A friend from another coalition says he has this and he's a commandant.

OK, I think we know the stats I'm referring to. WHERE is the setting to give my polemarchs the rights to view the stats? I AM the hegemon and don't see that option.
