1. My progress was reset to level 1. What do I do now?
You are probably on a wrong server. All you need to do to get access to your original City is to check your server in the upper part of the game window:
Click on the server name and check on which server your City is located. Choose this server and refresh the page.
2. Why don't you allow us to trade GPs, General Items, Market Items?
There are certain in-game values that can be traded: like basic types of Resources and Articles. However, there are also many other non-tradeable in-game Items and Resources. We are not planning to give you an option to trade them or send them as a gift to other players.
The reason is that we're striving to maintain the game balance. Players receive a lot of Items that should be used on certain levels or City development stages. However, they are credited for your personal in-game activity, and they were not designed to give any benefits to other players.
3. How do speed bonuses work?
Speed bonuses increase your building/signing/training speed.
Let's imagine 1 builder can build a house in 1 day (or 24 hours). Let's imagine that our builder started working 50% faster. It means that 1 builder will build 1,5 houses in 1 day (24 hours), or 1 house in 16 hours.
4. Please add Upgrade Sketches to the Tournament rewards.
Sketches are a rare Resource allowing you to upgrade your buildings to the new, more advanced levels and get even more benefits. This resource can only be obtained at the Market. You can buy Upgrade Sketches for Drachmas. Please bear in mind that there are many ways to earn Drachmas in the game. They are a very important in-game Resource that can be used to purchase different Items and Units. That is why we made sure our players have enough opportunities to earn them in Tournaments, Quests, Achievements, Emporia, etc. Additionally, according to players who have already used Sketches for upgrades, there are enough opportunities for you to get this Resource.
Right now we're not planning to add Upgrade Sketches into the Tournaments. However, we are launching a 25% Discount from time to time. So you can wait for it if you feel like the price is too high.
5. I have found Bots in the game. How should I report them?
6. Why don't you tell us how Persian Positions work? I need to know when I will get my next reward.
Persian Positions are one of the gameplay elements, it's an optional daily in-game activity, in which our players can, but not obliged to participate. Players destroy Persian Units and receive rewards for their successfull missions. You can try to figure out what's the most effective way to destroy Xerxe's Units, and what determines the size of your rewards. But it's not a required condition for Persian Positions raiding.
In the Game Tutorials thread, you will find some guides for Persian Positions created by players. They share their experience and observations. You can find some valuable tips there.
7. I gain a lot less than I send to Persian Positions. Why is that?
There can be several reasons why you feel like you get a small reward. First of all, remember that the reward size may differ even for the same Position level. Also, try to minimize your losses by analyzing the Xerxe's Units on a Persian Position before raiding it. Check the Unit Defensive stats. Choose the type of Units that will be the most successfull against Xerxe's forces. Remember that Cavalry Units may be the strongest ones, but they're not always the best type of Units to send at a Persian Position.
8. Do all Units count when I raid Persian Positions?
All Units (including different modifications) count when you raid Persian Positions. However, please keep in mind that the actual Unit value may differ from your expectations and the info provided by other players in different spreadsheets.
