I spent a few dollars on the lunar blessing. It now says "you have unlocked all moon quests for this cycle" yet it does not allow me to collect the rewards. If this is an issue i would like a refund please.

You will be able to collect all the rewards for a category when you complete all the needed tasks. This is how a feature works.
I finished all but one of the categories at least 2 weeks ago - and I have been waiting at least 2 weeks to see a guardian quest of the 7th level.
4 hours to go this month and no sight of the elusive 7th level guardian task...and it is not like I have just relied on the 5 given daily - have used extra ones at least another 5 per day, sometimes more...
And I paid this month to get the extra rewards...whats the point of that if the odds are against you so you can't acutally complete the tasks to claim the rewards and the last fianal reward for finishing all the categories....???? Not happy....

@Nancy.... umm interesting information - thank you. It still does not help though when none from the 7th order appear...I had none in the last cycle and we are nearly half way throught the current cycle and I have not seen one number 7 to even lock and save for the next...

I genuinely believe that it's a matter of time. I'm sure that you will find the 7th Order soon. By the way, we are going to launch New Global Events that may help you to complete the Guardian Quests faster and easier. Stay tuned. :)
I did manage to get 2 x 7s this cycle so happy about that. Thanks again or the tips and tricks...
