Requesting Authorization for the Use of Ingame Artworks for a ZHG COBRA Calculator

Hello Plarium,

I have created a calculator via Microsoft Excel to help keep track of wins and losses of the COBRA locations and have used some of the artwork from the game for illustration purposes.

I would like to share my effort not only with friends but with the whole Soldiers inc community, completely free of charge. I do have my own artwork in place, but I would prefer to use the original artwork. So I am asking you for authorization for the use of some of the artwork from the game for the described purpose in the Excel file to share with the community.

On a side note: I did try to contact someone at business@plarium.com, but my very request remained unanswered.

first of all thank you!

May I enquire what you mean by 'free access'?

Far be it from me to argue, but don't Plarium's Terms of use say under clause 12 "...You may not otherwise use, download, upload, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, post, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, adapt, distribute, transfer, or exploit the Service or its features or components in whole or in part without our prior written authorization."

That is why I am asking again. So are you sure that I am allowed to use the artwork for the described purpose in the excel file and distribute it for free?

I hope I don't delay you for your project.

This means that you can use the images.

From my personal experience I remember writing to the support center for something similar. They told me they agreed on condition that it was not for profit.
