Suggestions for combine management improvements

Hi all, and Plarium

Here's a few suggestions, that I'm sure, a LOT of combine CEOs and OOs would agree to say that this game needs in order to ease a lot on combine's management time and issue



1. Give access to all combine members the view on their very own stats only (The same view that the OOs and CEO sees). CEO can authorized for more access given a specific rank, as it works right now, or perhaps per person if Plarium agree to change it.

2. Give OOs and CEOs a management window where they could have the option to: 

2.1 Allow automatic rank adjustment when a given threshold of defense meet a % of their total defense in the MCs / HQ, fully configurable by  authorized OOs or CEOs

2.2 Allow a maximum given amount of MC cash (Total across all MCs and per MCs) to be consumed based on their rank, again, set by authorized OOs or CEOs. Trying to use more cash could result in sending an error message back to the member.



These could be made available to the combine CEO, and he could decide to turn on those features, or not if he prefers to opt for a different way of managing these things. But I'm sure such changes would be welcome arms wide open but most of the combines

In the event where Plarium is considering implementing these, I would suggest to go over the details of "what should be configurable" with the community before pushing a fixed scenario where it might not meet most of the community's need

This would be immensely useful for any OOs and CEOs and not just in Soldiers Inc but across many of Plarium's games where they are just about identical for the most part, but use a different skin and theme.

Many players in this game may not realize how time consuming it is to manage these type of things, which is only a small portion of a combine's management. Where many other knows it very well. Nonetheless I firmly believe that this game and other Plarium's game could use some love and polishing in that department.


Less management time, more fun playing, more spending on your game


Let's hope this gets considered, and eventually, implemented :)

Thank you for your suggestions on the combines, they are very interesting ! 

It seems to me that Suggestions on Soldiers inc. are not open for the moment. 

Your idea will certainly be heard by the devs but I don't think it will be reflected right away.

Thank you FEARDIS , thank you my good partner ,well key components of games are goals, rules, challenge, and interaction, and games generally involve mental or physical stimulation,and often both ,so that the game is a structured form of play usually undertaken for enjoyment and sometimes used as an educational tool ,good luck to all ...

You nailed it right there. That's the biggest issue with Plarium and their games. You tell customers that they are being heard and they are igonored at the same time. Be straight forward. We are not stupid or dumb and know very well how the real world works. Stagnation means decline for every company and will be the deathblow.

Hello, Commanders!

Bill is right, at the moment we don't accept new suggestions for the game. But I'm reviewing the process of work with the players' suggestions on all our games. 

If we open suggestions again what variant of work with them you would like most of all?

For now, I have an idea that only suggestions liked by the majority of Community will be checked by CM. For example, Commander FEARDIS posts his suggestions, they got a lot of likes from other members. Correspondingly when I check the Thread I know what Suggestions to pay attention to.

What do you think about it?

Well that Idea with the likes of the suggestions could work and the suggestion by Commander FEARDIS would reduce the combine-work with MC, Ranking, Verifying the percentage and amount of Defense, Offense and Drohnes. This suggestion are giving the combines more leeway to rule their combines. In every combine are rules and this suggestion helps to have more control in the combines. Black sheeps/Members, who is not following the combine-rules are in every combine - so in that fact, I do not see any negative aspects of this suggestion.

I do like the Idea and I would apprecate it, if Plarium is open for this one suggestion. I already have liked the post by commander FEARDIS. 



 - About the post of Alina, there is an question by me: At which amount of likes will the suggestion accepted for the game/Plarium?


Of course, I understand the problematic about the big amount of suggestions and discussions between Plarium and the Commanders. But not at the least: Plarium should keep be open for any discussions and suggestions, because the emotions of the commanders are really importance to keep them in this game, too. - Well, I do not telling you/Plarium, what you have to or should do - That is just my opinion.

I didn't think all details about this idea yet. For now, it's just idea in my head :) But when I start putting it in a real life, I will think about number of likes and all other details very thoroughly :)

What do you need or want more? The post has been liked 22 times so far. That's 3 times the active Forum users.Those active Forum users deserve more credit from a CM.

Recently there have been some new additions to the soldiers inc, but they are actually old places in the stormfall (Base of the cobra I do not know). Soldiers inc does not attract so many people so they will not waste their time in vain but do the minimum things to keep the players who have been here for years. This is P's new mobile game. Raid: Shadow Legends. Flash platforms are prepared to stop supporting so they are looking for another direction.  Maybe P is planning to expand to be able to change old games on different platforms. Perhaps all are plugged into the computer screen (Just my idle thoughts).

cool idea,

adding to these suggestions, to Control of main-Combine to the wing-combine - choosing another leader for wing-combine, if the actual leader not follwo the main-Combine

AND

to put in the main-Combine description or overview some info about the wing-combines, how much member, rank of wing-combine, leader of wing-Combine. (like in ranking of combines), just 1-2 lines below of the Combine description, the wing-combines are listed then


AND FOR

that, Maybe to add diplomacy Option: Peace, war, conflict, allies -> add: WING or like else…..make easier see, which combines having which main-combines, the Combine DareDevil is Sister-Combine of Semper Fi, hard to see.

Hello, Commander!

Thanks for all your suggestions. Let's proceed with them one-by-one.

1. Player can see statistics of his own Units in Command HQ > Garrisons tab.

2.1 You already can assign Rank to a player taking into account different factors and not only % of their total defense in MCs / HQ. If you think this player deserves this or that Rank, just assign it to him.

2.2 Suggestion similar to this one was already forwarded to devs and they accepted it. So, now we need to wait for its implementation.

I understand managing Combine is quite a time-consuming thing and requires a lot of time. You are not just playing the game, but you help other Commanders to play it as well, earn bigger Rewards and Bonuses, have more fun in the game.

Devs plan to make changes to Rank management system. So, now we can just wait for them :)

sorry! Helping the parasites is a nuisance.

Actually, the game is boring and has many unreasonable points after the updates. The game becomes fiction and too ridiculous. 

At first I played it because it was like the real thing. Now the new units are in conflict with the old units. The old units become ugly and weak. Which is the reason for pursuing the cobra base ?!

There is 2 major problem with that:

1. Combine like us and many others perform members rank adjustments based on the defense shown in the Officer statistics tab because it is the easiest and fastest way to see / know members total defense number in the MCs / HQ. If you are familiar with the game mechanics and how the games calculates the stats versus number shown in the garrisons, you should know that both numbers are NOT the same. Officer stats does not take into account strategic unit bonus. Members ask for Officer stats view because they know that it is the actual numbers Officers look for when it comes to promotions and they want to adjust by sending or recalling MC/HQ defense based on it

2. Every members would have to go trough multiple pages in the garrisons tab to sum all of these numbers together to then get their Total / MC / HQ, which can be tedious for any combines with many MCs, but then again... as stated in point 1, Officer Stat view and Garrisons tab numbers does not show the same value...


I believe it would be fairly easy for the dev to add this one, most probably the easiest of all my suggestion made. The stats view is already there, it is simply a matter of giving every member of a combine the access to their own... (and more if the CEO allows it)

You could have answered to my other suggestions "If you think some players overspend, look into your MCs cash consumption history and cut their cash off". But you didn't... because the devs have already approved it as you mentioned.

The whole idea about suggesting these things is to help CEOs and OOs manage their combine by implementing in game management dynamic tools that are also configurable to some degree. It is already extremely time consuming as it is even for multiple active OOs of a combine, why not help and ease on this regard by bringing combine management improvements that, in my honest opinion, should have been implemented years ago.


People come back from work and log onto this game to have fun and entertain themselves... Managing a combine takes up a lot of that free time away.

To Point 2. in the first mayor problem, I would like to add here, that big and good combines having more than 100 members, so in fact, imagine Alina, would you like recheck every day/week as Leader/CEO every each member for the Total / MC / HQ and need to recheck again, if their percentage of given and their rank is correct? when members can change easily adjust thier stats at MC / HQ. Here is an mechanism necessary to adjust their ranks, too. 

That takes a lot of hours of work, which cost to much time of free time. You arent able to play anymore, because you need to work first for the combine, checking ranks, etc.....

And last Point, I do agree with Feardis, please accept the suggestion, Alina.


These improvements allow us to having more leeway for our members, which more leeway is here more handling and freedom for combines given and allow combines to Leaders/CEOs, their work to improve too.


With more leeway, I can just say, that combines can adjust everything to their own rules and that works fine for everyone in the combine. I like to requote my own post:

I have read an post by another one, which his suggestion allow combines to give information in their combine description, that the others Combines are Main-, Wing-, Sister-Combine. 

Would appreciate this too.


That is a very very good thread with a lot of good suggestions and I cannot see any problem to not add into game.
