You can either Raid, or send Reinforcements. Once your Units are out, you can't change the squad you've chosen.

Sir..A raid will hit a base and leave with resources..If you want reinforcements to stay will have to send as an occupy or as reinforcements...Usually I will occupy a base wit a few Defensive units mixed in with Offense then withdraw Offense immediately and send reinforcment to that base,,If you are 100% sure that the base is going to be an easy occupy you can send mixed Defense/Offense units and then just withdraw the Offense

You are not understanding my question. I am the battle commander of our combine...I want to know how to do a combined raid using members forces - a raid at a 'Base' - not a MC, Repository, or HQ, etc.  I had one of my members raided by over 10000 air units, and I do not believe it was just his units!

Sir...You can do a Combine Raid/attack if you are Brig, Ops Off, or CEO to Repo. MCs, or an HQ. The report will list all of the Attackers that had units involved in the Attack...However you can not do a Combine raid/attack to an individuals base. But, yes Sir, it is possible that a player could have that many units of his own
