Hi! You won't lose your layout if you cancel it. Once bought, it will remain there forever and you can switch between available layouts anytime. As for the issue with Quest, please report it to Support and they will check what happened: http://plrm.me/Support_Plarium.

Commander..Not sure what Base Layout you have in mind...So I will answe as generic as possible..There are 4 base layouts for purchase with Diamond available in the "Black Market"...However..There is a newer base layout that is being offered to VIPs only....The "Layout" was designed as a special "anniversary Edition..VIP status has celebrated 1 year !...There is no change in Stats ( You will Not get more stat points for having the VIP layout ). Commander...Please allow me to put this a different way then..There are 4 base layouts for purchase in the BlackMarket for Diamonds,,,Occassionally another Seasonal base layout or two will be offered ( Halloween Edition..ETC).,,There is a base layout that was to Celebrate the VIP Programs 1st year anniversary..this base layout is offered ONLY to VIP members..The VIP Edition of the base layout offers no more stats than other bases so the VIP actually get no larger a Stat boost than a nov-VIP..Hope this is clearer,,Thank You SirRobert Shatz said:

Unfortunately you can't explain to paying customers why other paying customers receive free items, diamond deal bonuses and the option to freeze the Sick Bay for a longer period and other paying customers receive the big finger and the cold-shoulder or in other words: NOTHING
You're not responsible for this issue. You are the one who will need to try and explain this for eternal. Good luck with that and do keep in mind that the gamers community is feeling sorry for you. Correct me if I am wrong but I sense this is your first online game where you decided to stand up to assist the game community mamagers. This VIP so called program is creating conflict. That's no secret and absolutely nothing new in the gaming world. The only new side is how Plarium is trying to communicate this to gamers(to be continued).
