how long will my account be unable to send messages before I can return to play normally?


in the game there is a warning that says to wait until further notice.

In your case, this lock is permanent. Which means that there is no specific date for you to find this possibility.

please confirm one of the two statements.


if one day I can return to normal, then I am happy to continue my game waiting this moment, since my intent has always been to play and you have made a mistake in misunderstanding my intentions (thus giving me a punishment for wrong assessment of how the facts really were).


on the contrary, if I can no longer aspire to a return to normalcy for my account, then I interrupt my game here, since I am not willing to continue my game in this condition permanently (motivating this permanent limitation imposed on me with accusations that have never been my real intent).


I was wrong to put an equivocal nickname and now I find myself having a permanently limited account, for a wrong interpretation of it on your part.


if this condition is permanent, then, even if I desired, I can not return to play even if playing had always been my true intent (without other intentions that you have invented yourself).


this punishment is not proportionate: a permanent damage on my account by accusing me of intent that I've never really and seriouslly had.

Thank you for taking note that I'm not responsible for this permanent ban. As I told you, I don't know the reasons for this action. If these measures have been taken, there must be a valid reason. Possible reason which I will speak in this post below.


In this topic, the excellent Agent Helen has explained to you why all this and a confidential part by private message.


From what you're telling me, the ban was given because of suspicion of account sales. And we know you and me that you're no intention to go against the plarium policies.

I know this bugs you but for more details and eventually access to your private messages you will need to write to the support center in the following form.

I spoke to Agent Helen privately, explaining to her that there was a misunderstanding and that I never intended to sell my account (as I had explained to you too in private) but Agent Helen did not want talk to me in private (she does not seem very "excellent" as you say, but rather grumpy, crabby and cold, detached with users)

Although they are normally nice, the Agents are not there to start the discussion with the players but to solve their problems effectively. 

Contacting support is the only way to clarify everything. The speed of response will depend on many things, but you will have one.
