You not understanding what i am talking about? I have not been able to download the App cause i am not on Windows, everyone else that as been able as troops that move faster then mine, 50 per cent faster, not cool Plarium

If you're Mac user, you'll be able to download the App in the very near future as well!
I understand what you feel because of the application is not available for Mac yet and I'm sorry for it :(
Our QA team is testing Mac version now and it should become available in the very near future!

Your reply is the same blah blah blah you have been giving me for the last six month when i ask about this issue. What i find totally amazing is that an organisation like Plarium decided to provide a service for some of their customers but not provide it to other of their customer. Yet again for a second time freely giving an advantage to some over the others

You are right that its not fair for those not capable to use the app.
But i would not make a bigger deal out of this than it is.
That 9 km/h faster travel will not make you win any battles.
The app still has some flaws as well.

It does matter, the difference in movement speed could determine a successful engagement or not, i asked friends that use the App to check the differences and they are over a minutes apart in the fastest units and over multiple minutes in the slower, i missed out on all the free troops, petty i have been told but that's not the point, now my troops are moving slower and my opponents have longer recall times due to that, is it petty, no, yet again an advantage freely given to some and not others, on top of that the "Download Plarium Play" pop up that clearly states that you will get a "Increase Unit Movement Speed +50%" keep being slammed into my face

And please notice how no one from Plarium will reply to this after you point out how unprofessional they have been, no wonder so many players just stop playing

Hey,
If the app is not yet available for Mac, there are definitely reasons. Maybe the design is easier on Windows. In any case it will be available on theses systems.
It can be assumed that the devs are waiting to see if the app please to Windows users to avoid working unnecessarily on Macs.
For friend requests, the app doesn't have this feature yet. It will of course be Added.

Come on. That's rubbish. That app has been up and down for years now and Plarium never had it running smooth. Now they try to sell it with benefits as daily rewards and troop movement speed. All I see is a big F U to Mac users. It is the same crap like the VIP add on. Big FU to other spending players saying your money isn't good enough to receive free goodies and extra benefits. Crooked business and I can promise you that this is only the start. Paying customers and I am not saying players are fed up with it for obvious reasons. You, Plarium Community Managers, Plarium Support, Plarium Legal and Aristocrat Leisure will have busy times ahead. Applicable laws from different countries will love this type of scam.

Why oh why does Bill Almorra goes to all the trouble of replying on this subject and starting with and i quote " If the App is not yet available for Mac there are definitely reasons" what? What reasons are there? Are you under Plarium employment? Do you know anything about the subject or are you just blowing some smoke. Do you not see what's wrong with this situation? Can you?

First of all, moderators are experienced players who come here and help players with their questions. So, please show more respect to them (otherwise you break Forum Rule 1.3).
They're not Plarium employees, but have a direct way of communicating with the Community manager.
As for Application for Windows and Mac, devs created it for Windows users first because the majority of players are using this operating system. Plus, Bill is right, development and release for Windows are much faster than for Mac OS. That's why it takes so many time to be done.

Do you actually read what players share here on this Forum and do you read your own words before posting? Why launch anything when (in this case) MAC users are left out? You're creating a lopsided field between players. It is the same as the VIP program telling other paying customers to go fu*k themselves.
Reading the current Plarium policy and Terms of Use, nothing and I repeat nothing is mentioned from this invention to create conflict and annoy customers. You should read Forum Rule 1.3 properly or adjust it as it pleases you, because Kylie didn't do anything wrong here.
I have another issue regarding you as high and mighty CM and who knows maybe our respected Moderator too. My threads seem to vanish without any answer or explanation. They seem to get locked without any reason too. Please confirm and explain to us if we are behind the Iron Curtain and you fail to understand western customs.

Hello, i have tried to show and explain as clearly as possible the issue i have with Plarium providing a Service to some and not others, lets say that for the six month i have been at it i think i have been respectful say polite, some of the replies from the so called Moderators just have no substance, if a Moderator is in direct contact with Plarium why not gathering specific information and providing that information instead of just engaging with empty content? My thinking is, Plarium must be aware of the issue, regarding the advantage Window users have had since the App as been introduced, an official apology is too much to ask for? A gift of the amount of troops that all was freely given for a all month to the App users in this case only Window user to all others unable to use the App to much to ask for? What about some Force Tracker Boosts to balance out the fact that non Window users players players that are not able to use the able have troops that are moving slower then the one that can? You asking me to be respectful some of the replies i got about this have been border line insulting and most unprofessional, very very evasive even if Plarium manages to launch the App for Apple user in two weeks time, that lets just be honest, it's not going to happen, then what, will all of the sudden everything be just fine?
