Change one of the members become a new CEO. 


Sir..The first tjhing you need to do is have a Combine vote..preferrably on chat..take a screen shot of the vote/results electing a new CEO..Contact Support ,explain what has happenned and include the screenshot of the vote with the new CEO selected..Support will remove the old Ceo and install the Combines choice for a new CEO
