Plarium Server crash

What is happening with the Plarium.com games? The game servers appear to have crashed, 8+ hours for updates, that is far to much time. The error appears on all games.

due to inability to access to the game this night, I lost my "special" daily personal event (which giving me 5000 x3 resources).

Can you reload on my account this event?


... and I also lost all activities for ongoing tournaments that I would do during the night!

I have just experienced a problem where I couldn't log in for over an hour and missed all my raids and I would have been number 3 this week, meaning this cost me 3k diamonds. I have already contacted support previously for countless issues Plarium games have and I have always received some lame excuse without Plarium being able to man up and admit their mistake and always forget about any compensation.


We shall see what the reply will be this time, but if I don't receive compensation I will for sure go public on all media channels and create anti marketing campaign, enough has been enough.

commander there were few issues on plarium.com that are now resolved ,, contact support team in case of lossesĀ here
