Recruit Depot missing credit for invited friend who joined

I used the Facebook option to invite a friend to join the game.   She has done so, and shows up in my friends panel, but has not been credited to me in the Recruit Depot.    Am I missing something?

He must be lvl 15, only then you'll receive a reward.

Commander..Help your friend level up to level 15..Then you will recieve your reward and benefit from having an ally

Hi,

I have the same situation! I invite my friend on fb to join but nothing was happened! They are not be able to access the link from the game! 

They are up to lvl 15 on game! I think is not for us! I mean for regular players!

What should I do?
