While I understand that this is the English forum, the OP is in Spanish, as is the title.
Naturally it will attract people who speak Spanish, and perhaps not speak English.
Simply telling them in English to post in English may be ineffective as they might be unable to read it, or simply skip it because it is not in Spanish, as I might be inclined to do in a thread in English, even if it were on a Spanish forum.
In Spanish:
Aunque entiendo que este es el foro en inglés, el OP está en español, así como el título.
Naturalmente, atraerá a personas que hablan español, y tal vez no hablan inglés.

It is actually a good idea having a space to talk in Spanish but as far as I know, the information can be obtained in game trough syndicate comms. I have to say that the translations to Spanish fo this game as well as the voice system is actually pretty good.
Tra: es una buena idea tener un sitio en el que poder hablar en español, pero por lo que sé toda la información relevante puede conseguirse en el juego a traves de los mensajes del sindicato. También diría que es con diferencia uno de los juegos que mejor traducción tiene al español, así como sus sistema de voces
