The rewards for the recent technical issues we had? Can't find them

[14:23] Mr. Black: Recently some of you may have experienced technical issues when attempting to visit Zandia. This affected many Commanders and, to apologize for this inconvenience, the Syndicate is giving Commanders FREE Rewards! Put them to good use in your ongoing struggle to rule Zandia!


So what are these rewards, I see nothing new

  • In the link above, you can find the list of rewards (you're right: it is strange that they have not communicated the list of awards also in the game).
  • You can find almost all the rewards in the black market (except "2 drill instructors" and "15 AH-72 helicopters").
  • I personally am not able to ascertain if I have received 15 AH-72 Thunderheads, but other rewards are present, so I hope that even helicopters have been received.

next time, to avoid problems, I suggest making known to the players what are the rewards, listing them also in the message sent in the game (not just on the forum).


In addition, I suggest to make the rewards to be "manually withdrawable" by the players (not assigned directly, automatically), so that the players are aware of what they add in their inventory.

As I said above, I do not know the exact number of "black helicopters" in my possession, so I do not know if +15 helicopters were actually added to the rest of my squadron or not (I'm not able to verify this).


Finally there is to do one last criticism:

These rewards have been received by all players, even those who, on May 4th, did not undergone any connection problem ...

Consequently, the players who really suffered connection problems, they continue to be disadvantaged compared to those who received the awards "for free" (because they have not had any connection problems with the game).


Anyway, thanks for rewards.

Thank you for your feedback and fair criticism.

As you know it's our second experience in sending free rewards to our players who have experienced login issues which were on our side.

You're absolutely right that we should have listed the rewards in our original letter. And next time we will. 

Also I agree that it would be better to give the rewards as a quest (like we did in the first time), and I will pass this suggestion to our devs.

As for the connection issues, all of our players have experienced them in a certain time frame when there were some server-side issues. The downtime was about 9 hours. Of course there were some players who have entered the game before or after this time frame, and they had no issues. But we have awarded all players, no matter if they did or did not log in on May 4.

I really hope that we will be able to avoid such situations in future. They are really sad and frustrating for both: players and developers. And I hope that you like our gifts :)

Commander...We at Plarium cares about your gaming experience..thats why we are here to help in whatever ways we can....Some questions are easy to answer..issues with game play Must go thru Support...but, i assure you ,we care about ALL our gamers Sir

Commander...Whereas.. not every..individual account can be analyzed to determine their specific loss...a universal package was developed and given to each player because we do care...It was a gift..a way to say we are sorry for your inconvenience...

Do u understand how stupid it sounds?

"Yes, we know, that some players got loses and others got benefits , but we cannot calculate?!?!?!  ( well I CAN calculate), so we benefit all players. Even thouse, who actually win because of us."

And, yes - that pathetic package cannot cover my loses.

 And, yes u do not care about that.

And, yes - it is VERY EASY to calculate loses. 

I really wonder, what u can? Except to claim how much u "care" about players.

Look at forum for example - where is loong-time players? Most of them just got tired for not listening and do not even bother to write anymore.

I do talk with lot of them, they complain too, but quit writing, as it is useless.

In other games, forums are full with comments, suggestions etc. But, not here.

But, this not ring a bell for u too.
