Sick Bay missing scroll bar

Sick bay , in my monitor resolution, is missing the scroll bar preventing me from restoring units as shown in the image attached.

I don't know if this can be considered a bug. When you reduce the resolution of your screen, all is good ?

Hi Bill,
It's not a matter of resolution I believe. I'm guessing it's more related to responsiveness of the app to different browsers or screen resolution.
I've been using the same hardware and monitor resolution for more than 6 months and this happened just today.
