Missing army due to game bug error

Hey to all  i m playing on HIGHLANDS my name is NICK GION cords of my base are 3625 -1829 . On 06 -01-2018 i sent a raid on a base i usually hit .



 My units returned to basis cause mostly i use boost for quicker return .

Then on 07 -01 - 2018 i got the follow report .



So my point is how my units stayed there as a reinforcement to this base ? I never send them i only use defensive light units for that and never on this base .

It costed me many diamonds to restore them . I thought it was my mistake until today when a member of my combine said that this happend to him and another one and they both lost mohawks too . So i guess there is some bug with Mohawks units . 

What are we gonna do about this ?

This has happened to me in Highlands, I raided a base for Resources and my troops returned to base soo I thought, my son then went and raided that base as well for resources and my Offence was still there.Causing me to lose 175 Aircraft, but also it had to my sons troops.l

i guess we are not the only ones that have this issue .Hope it be solved.

Hello, Commander!

We need to reproduce this issue before sending it to the developers. At this moment I am unable to confirm the bug. Please try to check the steps to reproduce one again or ask other players who encounter the issue to join this conversation. Probably they will be able to specify the detail.

it could have happened that the occupation (sent by the same player who sent raid) reached the base before the raid (depends on the speed of the units, not from which act you perform first!).


You must be careful because if you first occupy a base and then the raid arrives, it happens that the units sent in "raid mode" go to rest on a base, as if they were sent in reinforcement.


You can not raid a base occupied by yourself.

this is a base i never occupy it so that has nothing to do with what you said RED - TERROR . It was a clear raid and nothing else , then the next day my units were as reinforcements there and also in this base i never sent units for defense .

also the button for sending reinforcements is on the right place of base and as my eye doctor told me my eyes are at perfect condition so i cant send offense units and especially mohawks for reinforcements i m not a recruit in game .I reached 4 hole years on this game yesterday . This would be a really bad and without meaning move .

Same here how can it be an Occuply, when I was raiding for resources on a dead base, and my son is in the same combine so he is not going to search out and kill my Offence. This is a bug cause it has happened to more than 1 person.

Yes thats what i said too bro i would be crazy to send offensive reinforcements to a dead base that i raid the previus day . I only hit bases once a week or more than 8 days time . I always erase the previus raid attempts of those bases and also game notifes if you go for same base about the 50k limit .

Well another two days past and still no answer why that happend ? I m really thinking of stop playing the game after 4 hole  years . Maybe its time to play STARBLAST IO.

my raid was at 6 0f month the next hit of the other guy was in 7of month

How do i put a ticket with Support ? Its too difficult to reach them , in past it was so easy to send one.

Commander, support agents handle Bug reports here on the forum. I have investigated your case and found no bugs related to troops sending system. This means the reinforcements have been sent manually, or you have sent a raid to a Base you had occupied earlier. 

I am unable to tell you the exact way your troops have reached that Base. Nevertheless, since the bug has not been confirmed, the troops cannot be restored. Without the exact steps to reproduce the issue, this topic will be closed.

Which are the exact steps ? I send both reports i dont have anything else to send .One of my members who had same issue posted them here too . So i m not the only one with that problem .Its a base i never occupy , i hit it only once a week .If i tried to hit it 2nd time it would bring up the 50k limit so i wouldnt have send any there cause this base is not full of resources . Also is a base i hit at least 3 years and i never occupied it. I would never send offense and especially mohawks for reinforcements or even for occupy as you mentioned .If i had sent an occupy i would have a report of it and i would have recall them right away. Occupy is always one sapper .The hit of my lost was on the next day as screen shows so i would have huge time to recall them in case i wasnt in but i m always in when i attack . Im not able either to tell how they reached there but the only thing that i m sure is that i didnt do it . Anyway thanks for your time .I m keeping my screens until others who had or will have same issue report it . Until then i m  going to play more STARBLAST IO. regards Nick.

Nick,

Did you have units in defense at the base in question ? A sapper ?

No Bill i wish a had a sapper in but its a base that i never leave anything in .If i occupied it it would sent me the report and i would immediately recall them . I m not crazy to loose so many offense power in a base like that as a reinforcement .I thought in first that it was my mistake but when i saw that others in my combine had same issue then i checked it again and i m pretty sure its not my fault .No way to send them as reinforcements there . No way i doubled raid it cause even in if this would happened my units should be returned back too .So there is no clear answer on how they got there and thats why i report it .From my part my units replaced by me .I m really dissapointed and tired of this issue . 4 years i never had smt like that and i dont like it at all . Building them would take a very long time so i bought them with diamonds . I m not in the mood to continue playing this game anymore if i keep losing my units without reason .

You MUST continue, if the problem is recognized as a bug you will recover your units !

I dont see that it will be recognized as a bug , its like your words bellow say : A lost battle is a battle that is believed to be lost . I already restored them with more than 14K of diamonds so how they will be restored if its a bug ? They will just added to the others i have ? The diamonds that i gave will be returned too ? I hope game change to better , this is a wish of a 4 years active daily player .
