why cant I repair  base defenses for a friend. error says this person is not on your friends list even though they are. I have already unfriended and refriended them. this is the 3rd different person on my friends list this has happened with

Commander..Not real sure what the issue is here..I have never had that happen to me so I would suggest that you contact Support and ask Support to look into this for you..Support has the technology needed to access your game activity and will be able to identify any problem...We do not possess that technology at the Forum level..Good Luck
