Black Market and Sick Bay problems

I am playing on plarium.com in Highlands. I had an incoming raid and attempted to use my resources before they could be captured. I needed fuel to even out the build of troops. I went to my black market storage and activated a 20K and 30K fuel. They never showed up but were subtracted from my storage amount.

A little later I was raided. I lost 454 def units. My sick Bay is at level 13 providing 30% of lost units to be recovered free. All I got was a few (4) riflemen back and no def units. Additionally, none of the units showed up in the Sick Bay or Field Hospital to be purchased.

Commander..Sorry that you have experienced some problems...Plarium wants your game to function correctly at all times, but as you know, things happen ( "bugs" develop. )..Please contact Plarium Support..Plarium Support has the technology at their level to access your game activity and will be able to identify/correct the issues that they find..We do not possess that ability at the Forum level..Plarium will be happy to help you
