Commander..Sometimes the points do not talley immediately...A simple refresh is all that is needed in most cases..If  after a small amount of time you do not receive your points and you have done the event/task correctly ) then I recommend you contact Support..Explain what is happening ( include screen shots if possible ) Support has the technology to access your game and check for problems, unfortunately we do not have that ability at the Forum level..Good luck Sir
