Unable to buy diamonds on sale.
When trying to buy diamonds that are on sale it goes to the regular pricing menu only. No specials appear purchase area when a special sale is on. Why?

Why?Sir..You will have to click on the "sale" icon on the right side of your game screen..If you go directly to the bank, it will not show you the "sale" packages..Usually the sale icon is a "Diamond" with an expiration time under it

Hello
While I can see the deals I have not seen a deal for less that $49 in over 2 weeks while my friends get deals for less than $15 every day. Can you explain how they work? I don't think tis fair since I cant spend $49 at once but I could a lower amount and they get them every day. I play through the web browser.

I never spent more than $20 but whatever if they don't want my money then fine. I could never spend $50 on this game at once. 2 weeks and not one deal less that $49.5 while I watch my buddy get $1.95 and $7.95 deals every single day with the same spending habits. There is nothing random about it even by your own admission. Thank your for your reply.

Still only 2 deals of 99 and 49 what a joke. Its like you are trying to force me to spend what I cant. This is very disheartening. :(

I heard back from support and they said if I don't like the deals I get then do not buy them in a nice way and they would not look into it. Very sad oh well I guess they don't want my money. Still nothing under $49.5 while my friend who plays never even gets anything over $20. This is unfair and not random and there is obviously some reason for it on their side.

They said they would not be looking into it. I understand their point of view to some degree about not interfering but I think they think there is nothing wrong in the way it works. It is what it is and I will just have to play for free :) Maybe a sever reset one day or soemthing will change it.Thank you for your replies. I will complain no further. Have a nice day.

Why?Commander,,If you click on the bank ..The packages or deals should appear at the top of the bank page...Try clicking on the "Pop up " deal when they appear and see if that works better for you..If you are still having troubles purchasing Diamond Deal then there must be something wrong and Support will be the one able to assist you with that..Support has the technology at their level..We do not have that ability at the Forum level..Good luck Sir
