How observant are you, Captain?

C. Standing still at stop sign. The camera's focal point is the bus. Shot with a larger aperture opening (lower F/stop) , objects in front of and behind the bus appear out of focus or blurred.

The whole picture seems to be "wrong".

Obviously that is an English bus (double decker) but for some reason its going on the right side of the road, thus it should be going forward (to the left).

However, there's a stop sigh right in front of the bus, so the bus should be standing still (at least for a little while).

BUT there's a little flag on the roof of the bus. By the direction of the flag, I can say the bus is going backwards (right) OR it is just the wind blowing from the right to the left and the bus is standing still.

BUT that all is irrelevant because THERE'S NO DRIVER BEHING THE STEERING WHEEL (there's only some see-through shadow of the driver). If there's no driver but all the people inside the bus are quite calm, it is STANDING STILL.

I think you nailed it pretty well. But i want to add sth. the persons in front have a Little blur, so it Looks they move, the bus hasnt such a blur, except for his backlights :)
