Wrong Tournament Rewards
Hello all! This is a follow-up update regarding the situation with the incorrect rewards in the XP Tournament.
Seeing that, indeed, the whole issue has turned out to be quite acute, we have decided to return the troops lost in the battles within the period the wrong numbers were being displayed as a reward in the Tournament (that is, 12:00 PM UTC, December 27 through 10:00 AM UTC, December 28). The troops will be returned to your Bunkers in the nearest future.
Once again, we apologize for making this mistake and taking a lot longer than we should have to correct it. Hopefully, this additional remedy step will help you to get back on your feet.

Many thanks Alina for all your help here and i know you only do this in your spare time and do not get paid for this, it was the right thing Plarium done to return any troops lost before the rewards was changed.

I hope you know how much it means to some of us that you took the time to respond to our concerns and worked to help fix the problem. Thank you again for that. There are however a couple of questions still lingering with some of the players not seeing any troops returned and for myself only seeing Offense returned and none of the Defense. I'm sure I used around 20K firedrakes and the same if not more in maulers durring that time as I reached over 8 million Experience points playing S&D in that event. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to complain here, I'm gratful for your help. But I would like to be able to help explain to other members what they should expect if they have not seen anything returned to them. Are the refunded troops only for select players? Or for us to better understand, is this something you can do across the game at one time or do you have to do this player by player. (thus taking some time i would imagine) If others have not seen anything returned to them but feel like they should, how do you suggest they ask for the same help? Some may be VIP's and some may not be.

I would like to see how this works aswell, some have gotten their offense back or a percentage, others got zilch, yes i understand it might take a few days, if you do it one player at a time, which i doubt.
Just an explanation would be good

Well seems i finally got some offensive troops back aswell, what about defense or Cobra, i am a defense girl and i used a lot of defensive troops

Natasha, we returned the players the troops that were used in attacks only. Those ones that were used in defense were not returned, unfortunately.
