i am Assuming, the reason we CANT send Thulium or Parts is becuase they are "Special" Resources that Plarium REALLY dose NOT want Aults Throing Around thuss=Reducing the "Special Resources" Value overall.

i put the wrench time into Producing them, i should be allowed to do what i want with them. even if they are running multiple bases. they still have to put the wrench time in for both bases.
