You should return the 10 energy spent to deal with a Threat, in case the Special Agent (/S.O.) fails to take the action due to another teammate taking that action seconds before you.

• [14:02] Mr. Black: Commander, your Special Operative was unable to deal with the Threat because it was already defused. 
• [14:03] Red Terror: Okay Mr. black ... but in the meantime you took my 10 energy without letting me perform any action !!! grrrrr.

You should mark in red (and not green!!) the rewards you failed to obtain for not taking part with a S.O. in the relative group of 5 cells to which they were linked (see figure below):

You should put a green warning dot (visible from the outside!) Every time a new "cell" is opened.
