I've been having a issue regaining access to my main (original) account, including the e-mail address linked to that specific Plarium account - Can't access the e-mail account so can't reset the password...
I have reported it to support and submitted all the relavent information - a total of three times, each time to a different consultant. I believe the proof of ownership has been sorted and I have submitted a 'new e-mail address' that will be linked to the Plarium ID. Now I wait for further instructions.
The original ticket was submitted end of December 2020.

a strange error happened to me today in the plarium app, the game did not open the 2 window to load
what I did to solve it: uninstalled the plarium app and deleted the folder I had in C: \ Users \ STARS TEAM \ AppData \ Local "Plarium"
after that I installed the plarium application again at: C: \ Program Files
after that the game loaded normally.
the process called "trayPP" 32bits "did not appear to me before doing this procedure of change the installation location of the plarium play application.
hope that will solve your problem,this has solved my problem.

Been playing for 7 years and never had any issues until today. Cannot login into my accound and have not received an email at gustaveux@yahoo.com.

Just to bring you up to speed - I reported that I somehow managed to lose access to my original account late 2020. I origanally thought I might have been hacked but it's possible that I might have changed the e-mail address, and password. Well long and short I kind of lost interest playing the game for some time after that. I recently started playing again June 2022 but to be honest, just not the same without the account I lost. I tried to recover the account through Plarium back in 2020 with no success - I sent through the information Plarium required, purchase dates, purchase amounts, other accounts I had, and a bunch of other details the requested but haven't received any response after that - that said, I would like to try one last time. Please advise me on the best way forward to start the process again.
Surely there must be a way of Plarium being able to confirm that this account belongs to me - please help.
