Playing with Plarium play , after clearing of the cache i restarted the game , but it starts now on level 1.
If this is a local PC problem - is there a way to restore the account local
if not - is it a temporally problem , or what happende with the account

Plarium has messed up. Your higher level base still exists, only on another server and the Einsteins have not made it possible to switch server. It puts you by default on one (in my case Highlands while I play on Badlands)

I experienced the same and figured something happened as you pointed out. With the developers being on the other side of the Pond, I will look for a remedy in 24 hours.

That's what I'm thinking, Chucky. I wouldn't insult Einstein for their mistakes on Plarium. I don't have Windows for "Player" but thought I could come back and play until the end of the month. My base was at level 91. Now I find this on Badlands. 🤔
