Once More Time

 Once again the troops I BUNKERED were out on my base & I was Nuked! I WILL NOT LET THIS GO....

This happened about ten months ago and I am still trying to get you to refund my loss, Now it happens again? This time I will not just keep asking you to do what is right AND does not actually cost YOU the way it cost me to lose all this due to your issue!

And do NOT tell me there is no issue as you did last year... I (and others) know better

I understand that you are mad. Still, there is no bug in the game that would make the units leave the Bunker. 

It is sometimes possible for this issue to come up after pushing the “Send“ button as the requested information must be transferred to a server and return back. Naturally, this procedure takes some time and its success depends on various technical factors. However, for different reasons such as a slow internet connection, problems with available free RAM on your device, etc., this procedure can sometimes be aborted and your request processed incorrectly.

I verified that they were in my bunker!

I am not the only one that has had this issue & I proved it last year, But of course it is "Not a bug" OR "your responsibility"

Thx for nothing... I guess I join the other players you have cheated

I was out of the game due to illnes and just downloaded Palerium Play and the base I have now is not the base I was playing. I would like it back Please, but have no idea how to do that.

I Would assume it put you on the Wrong Server.

in the top of your play window, there is a list of buttons accross the top of your screen.

click the "World" looking one that says:Servers and make sure you are on the Correct one.

as for your Refund.. well, you Probably wont get that back even if you Forked out Actuale Money For it. Flat.

its a one way street, these online "Inellectual Property" Transactions... paying money for stuff 5that Doesn't actually Exsist..

And Considering the Company that Owns Plarium isnt an Actual "Gaming Company" anymore.

its a Israilie Casino now. Meaning=We take money, not the other way around...
