Update Problems

Having trouble updating the game? Read on!

If you are experiencing issues when attempting to update the game from the App Store or Google Play (symptoms: you hit the Update button but nothing happens) please try the following:

1. Remove the app from the tray. You can view your tray by holding or pressing the home key twice (for iOS and some Android devices) or by tapping the menu key (other Android devices).

2. Relaunch the app.

3. After the app is launched, try updating the game again.

If this doesn't work, you may need to remove the game and reinstall it. Make sure you have linked your game progress to your Facebook account or Plarium ID before removing the app.
