There are moments when it is interesting to use some annexes and moments in which you want to use others.
It would be interesting that once the annex is built it could be changed to another of the same or lower level, if it is larger it should take the necessary time for the difference in levels.
But please, if you do, it's free ... stop to pay for everything.
I think your idea is interesting.. however I could see players kind of using it to switch between offensive and defensive Annexes in the middle of the battle..
It would certainly create a difference in tatics.. I'd like to hear some other commanders thoughts on it.. and I'm sure the Community Managers will review this thread and forward to the devs.. doesn't mean it will happen but it'll be reviewed..

surely, but that already happens with the nanochips or the skills of the hero
