I run a successful alliance on here and have also coined on here as i believe this game is unique to all the others like it.  But the biggest issue is trainees.  They dont benefit the alliance and overall arent help full.  My alliance is based on helping low levels rank up but that means i search for them my self.  I realised that if i recruit when they start they stay loyal and also spend on the game.  You have missed a trick on that.  Each member is potentially a spender but not all will spend if they cant stay in a top alliance with a great community.  Im sure im not the only marshall that feels this way.  Give us the control of out members this is the only downfall in the game
