NO REPLY FROM IN GAME SUPPORT

Tried messaging them many times.. either my ticket is automatically closed/no reply is coming from your administrators. I left message regarding in game loses occurred in special ops.. I lost around 8.5 million in special operation and you guys doesn't even bother to reply on ticket i opened many twice this week. Are you guys deliberately making players to lose in ops so that they will buy your packs. If that's the case please at least make it fair first in operations as well as packs. I know what you guys gonna reply now that your algorithm is 200% correct and tried and tested. But if it is fair why people are losing especially during legacy tournament. I lost around 8.5 million in power in your special operation and i know how to do that. But in the past two weeks it is felt that you guys are trying to make people lose without rewards so that they buy you packs. Don't be greedy guys.. if your game remains fair people definetly gonna buy packs but if they felt cheated , you will start losing your business.

The support team does not check the forums.. however I can try to help you look to see if you got an answer.  Can you please check your SPAM folder or inbox for any correspondence from your ticket?  Also these types of tickets are usually passed on for someone to check the claim of losing units.  The staff receiving your ticket, may close it after he has taken this action.  


I can tell you that they do look in to claims of lost troops, however can you imagine how many people also submit that type of ticket just to get units for free, or attempt to.  I know its frustrating if you feel cheated, however I also know they look in to each claim.


The forums we are here to share experience and discuss things.  If I can help you in some other way I'll surely help, however we can not as Forum moderators, look at your support ticket or two, look in to your claim of lost troops...
