Support staff very unhelpful

As per the title I have found the support staff for Plarium to be very unhelpful and insincere.
A couple examples being.
Some tickets remaining unanswered.
Answers that are exactly verbatim. Literally word for word.
Every ticket submitted IF it gets answered is closed. NEVER investigated.
Sometimes their answers if not a uncaring copy and paste company reply. Has an undercurrent of contempt and elitism for the person that submitted the ticket.
They have yet to be very "supportive"

More like staff, rather than support staff...two weeks later still waiting for them to fix ap round legendary gear that is listed as defense but when equiped goes to offense side.. such a joke this game

Commanders, the matter is that in cases when you report some in-game issue of bug, Support team pass this information to our devs and send autoreply. They contact you back only in cases when devs need some additional information.
As for fixes, there are some high-priority bugs (for example, when players can't build a Alliance HQ). They are fixed as soon as possible, because it affects the basic game features. Our developers put aside all other tasks, and they fix it.
And there are some bugs with lower priority. They are fixed with the release of new versions.
