Hi! Rewards depend on your losses. Operations mechanic is a part of the gameplay so we let players figure this out by themselves.

when you build your troops they cost so much resources "correct?"

so when you kill these troops in an OP see it as giving back the resources into a bank to save it, eventualy you pay enough to get a nice reward...
