Dealing with bullies

Is there any way to effectively deal with bully alliances in this game?  What I mean is this, how do you have any chance of growing even spending money, if an alliance desides your their new chew toy?   It seems like the game developers missed something logically simple, if you want players to spend then you need to give them some means of not getting completely cleaned out and quit the game.

The bunker cannot hold enough troops to even just turtle down and wait it out.  The shields in this game are a joke as you cannot stack them at all and they are crazy expensive.  This means you have troops dead with nothing close to effective in terms of reserve troops in the bunker to allow you to recover.  Putting everything you have in another players base that is shielded isnt effective considering the shields cannot stack and are crazy expensive so you have zero effective means of hiding troops. You cannot even use a new shield until the old one runs out. so you end up needing to fire on a cache to remove the shield then apply a new one?!?  Talk about stupid...

I get that it is a war game, so losses are part of the game style but this sort of mechanics design seems like a complete failure even if you intend to spend some money to play. If you're dumb enough to drop $100 today to build back up so you can gather resources and grow, it can be gone in 5 minutes making spending anything on the game stupid.   Plarium needs to seriously evaluate their game mechanics or this game is going to be dead in short order becasue other games like mobile strike have already figured out these kinds of simple issues and have mechanics in place to address the issues.

Simply dramatically increase the healing space of aid stations, troops in aid staions have no time limit, and sever any resources requirements for healing would be at least a start in the right direction.  Then you can make your base painful to simply burn on regular basis. In Mobile Strike, Game of War, and many others you can make a trap base at least to make raiders who are just bullies think twice about trying to force other player to quit through harassment attacking.  Soldiers Inc. falls VERY VERY short of providing any incentive to spend money or even bother to continued playing with the design.
