Patch Notes (11.05.23) Update 7.10.0

You’ve been asking for it, so here it is…Champion Lore! The world of Teleria is more alive than ever before, so dive in and read the stories of your favorite Champions! This update also includes a new Artifact Set, Champion rebalance, and much more as well!

Champion Lore

Champion Lore is a brand-new feature where you can discover some of the stories of your favorite Champions. Some of these Champions’ stories are connected together, and all have played a role in shaping the world, so we hope you’ll have fun piecing together the history of Teleria through them!

This update adds a first batch of Champion stories to the game, with more coming in future updates. If your favorite isn’t here, stay tuned, they may arrive in the future!

Righteous Set

With the arrival of Forge Pass Season 9, we’re introducing a new Artifact Set: Righteous. You can earn Righteous Alloy through the Forge Pass, the new Forge Material required to craft Righteous Artifacts. As a 2-piece Artifact Set, Righteous will give your Champions +10% SPD and +40 RES.

Gear Selling Filter

We have added a special Gear Selling filter to all Campaign locations and Gear Dungeons, designed to be used when Multi-Battling. It lets you filter out the Gear you want to keep, and automatically sells the rest.

Note: you need to choose at least one option in each filter set (Rank, Rarity, Set/Faction, Artifact/Accessory Type, Primary Stats, Substats), otherwise all Gear will be sold.

If you choose several options within a filter set, all the Gear that matches at least one of those options will be kept. For example, if you chose 5 Substats to filter by, all the Gear that has at least one of your chosen Substats will be kept.

You can quickly enable or disable the Gear Selling Filter by using the special ON/OFF toggle in the Multi-Battle Settings window. If the toggle is set to OFF, all Gear will be kept.

Also, Multi-Battle Settings are now saved separately for the following locations:

  • Campaign (settings are shared across all locations)
  • Potion Keeps (settings are shared across the Spirit Keep, Arcane Keep, Magic Keep, Void Keep, and Force Keep)
  • Minotaur’s Labyrinth
  • Ice Golem’s Peak (settings are shared across Normal and Hard difficulty)
  • Spider’s Den (settings are shared across Normal and Hard difficulty)
  • Dragon’s Lair (settings are shared across Normal and Hard difficulty)
  • Fire Knight’s Castle (settings are shared across Normal and Hard difficulty)
  • Iron Twins Fortress
  • Sand Devil’s Necropolis
  • Doom Tower
  • Faction Wars

Fragment Summon Tab Reorganization

The Fragment Summon tab now only shows Champions whose Fragments are owned, or can currently be earned.

Priority Stats Filter

This Filter helps you to sort Gear according to how you want to equip a particular Champion. There are 4 priority levels for stats:

  • None 
  • Low
  • Medium
  • High

If you're looking for Gear with a very specific stat and aren't worried about what Artifact Set it comes from, use the "Hide Set Filters" checkbox. When this filter is paired with the Priority Stats Filter, you’ll see the Gear with the highest stats, regardless of the Artifact Set it’s part of.

Champion Rebalance

Nogdar the Headhunter

[Skill 2 – Gore Feast]

- Skill changed.

Old version: Attacks all enemies. After attacking, this Champion sacrifices HP equal to 50% of their MAX HP, then places two 15% [Continuous Heal] buffs on this Champion for 2 turns.

The HP sacrifice will happen even if it kills this Champion.

New version: Attacks all enemies. After attacking, this Champion sacrifices HP equal to 50% of their MAX HP, then places a 15% [Continuous Heal] buff on all allies for 2 turns.

The HP sacrifice will happen even if it kills this Champion.

[Skill 3 – Last Rites]

- Effect added: Now, after equalizing HP levels with the target enemy, grants an Extra Turn.

[Skill 4 – Headsman's Return [P]]

- Skill changed: Now revives this Champion with full Turn Meter instead of 50% Turn Meter.

Gomlok Skyhide

[Skill 2 – Fateful Trickster]

- Skill changed.

Old version: Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 60% chance of stealing 2 random buffs from the target.

Also has a 60% chance of decreasing the target's Turn Meter by 50%. Steals 50% of the target's max Turn Meter instead if this Champion has full HP.

New version: Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 60% chance of stealing all buffs from the target.

Also has a 60% chance of stealing 50% of the target's max Turn Meter.

[Skill 4 – Enchanter [P]]

- Skill changed: Now places a [Shield] buff on this Champion equal to 30% of this Champion's MAX HP instead of 15% of this Champion's MAX HP.

Other improvements and battle fixes

  • Fixed a bug that caused an inability to collect Playtime Rewards on Plarium Play.
  • Fixed a visual bug that caused an incorrect display of the Sacred Daily Pack after the purchase on Plarium Play.
  • Fixed a visual bug that caused some long names of the Champions in the Team Setup window to display incorrectly.
  • Fixed a visual bug that caused the window with the number of available Arena Tokens and Keys not to open properly if Open All Faction Crypts Boost was activated.
  • Fixed a bug that caused an error when receiving rewards after leaving a Clan and entering a new Clan during the CvC Matchmaking process.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the Advanced Daily Quests to reset even if the Milestone Rewards had not yet been claimed, thus losing the Milestone Rewards.
  • Fixed a bug that caused a Back button to not work in some sections of the FAQ.
  • Fixed a visual bug that caused your Win Rate in the Great Hall to display incorrectly.
  • Fixed a visual bug that caused the Doom Tower Leaderboard to display incorrectly after the Doom Tower was reset.
  • Fixed a bug that meant players couldn’t select any new Substats in the Filter tab of the Collection after previously selecting 4 Substats and then closing the Filter tab.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the Ice Golem’s Frigid Vengeance skill to be triggered by Teodor the Savant’s Chymistry skill if Teodor had a Soul Reap Blessing.
  • Fixed a bug that caused a game crash after fighting against either Skavag or Tainted Skavag for longer than 15 minutes. 
  • Fixed a visual bug that caused Champions’ HP bars to appear empty when fighting against Astranyx the Dark Fae.
  • Fixed a visual bug that caused Tainted Skavag to appear to be healed by more than 1% of her MAX HP when [HP Burn] debuffs were activated on Tainted Spiderlings.
  • Fixed a bug that caused a game error when Sicia Flametongue used their Flame Eruption skill against Tainted Skavag.
  • Fixed a bug so that Ultimate Deathknight’s HP bar is increased by his Passive skill Didn't Need 'Em after a [Block Passive Skills] debuff expires on him.
  • Fixed a bug that caused Supreme Galek’s Laugh At Danger skill not to grant them an Extra Turn.
  • Fixed a visual bug that caused Skeuramis’ Turn Meter to appear not to be filled by their Effortless Superiority skill.
  • Fixed a visual bug that caused a red dot indicator to not appear near the Battle Rules text in the Live Arena window after players reached Gold I.
  • Fixed a bug that caused Champions recently used in Live Arena not to be moved to the beginning of the list in the Team Selection interface when the Recently Used First filter was applied.
  • Fixed a bug that caused a game error when in Live Arena battles, a player tried to use a skill while their connection to the battle was unstable.
  • Fixed a bug that caused a new Live Arena battle to not start if the previous one ended with an error.
  • Fixed a bug in Live Arena that saved the Champion selection from the previous battle.
  • Fixed a visual bug that caused the “Live Arena Battles” text to disappear after the reward for the Live Arena Battles Quest was claimed.
  • Fixed a visual bug in Live Arena that caused players from different Tiers to see the same battlefield if they were matched with an opponent from a different Tier. 
  • Fixed a bug so that if the Internet connection is unstable during the Pick phase in Live Arena and a player cannot choose a Champion, the choice is made by AI.
  • Changed AI settings so that Champions under [Sheep] debuffs are targeted with a lower priority when skills that deal damage are used.
  • Players are now notified if their Internet connection is lost during the Live Arena matchmaking process.
  • Adjusted visual effects in the Live Arena Bronze Tier battlefield.
  • Added the ability to skip upgrade animations in the Tavern.
  • Improved UX in the Fitting Room.

Another artifact set without upgrade 1300 storage limit ? This is 7th new sets without it ???  Last storage limit upgrade was almost 2 years ago ?? Should be upgrade again.

Priority stats is rather useless.

I do not want to sort artefacts, I want to filter them..that means I want to not see speed items if I filter for items without speed main or substats...

I am really astonished that this simple feature leads to another big disappointment. In that way, Priority stats are a useless addition.

Same goes for your gear selling filter where you have to notify the players about the settings that everything will be sold instead of programming it correctly in the first place. 

Have a look at RSL helper....this app  is much better programmed and structured, helps a lot more than your own additions. 

The one thing I was looking for is the skipping of upgrade animations in the tavern...but there is no hint where I ca skip them..or how this can be accomplished...



BTW: I do not care about champions lore after playing the game for more than 3 years. You should put the energy put into these gimmicks into more useable GUIs (see above) and into lessening the time required to play your game.

you're doing a half-a$$ed job with the stats filtering. it's becoming increasingly convoluted, while still lacking basic features. how hard is it to implement some PROPER filtering ??

also, is it so hard to finally add a "sell all" button to the forge, after 10x crafting ?? is it because f2p rely on the forge for silver and this simple feature could make it easier for them..??

finally, why is it that only two (relatively new) champs are getting rebalanced ?? should I start counting the OG vault keepers (both epics and leggos) that keep collecting dust for four years ?? and don't bother asking me again for champ suggestions. you could literally pick an old champ RANDOMLY and chaces are that he/she is in more need of a rebalance than these two.

I'm INTERESTED to SEE if any improvements make it easier to work with artifacts. I don't understand why you just can't level when you want, instead of just getting a 'CHANCE'. It's a Waste of Player's Enthusiam about getting something. Don't just say 'FAIL' and leave the player SAD.
