Plarium ive been with you for 5 years ,but the last 3 days have been horrendous because your spambot keeps chat banning me for spam and i dont use spam now or ever tell your devs to fix problem . this was awful being shut out of my clan during cvc  so reduce the devs pay and i bet they fix problem then and yes i know it takes time but haveing this happen on the weekend is not good at all make them work weekends and let them see the problems they have created sorry  but it does truly upset people to be unjustly chat banned twice in 3 days it happened to megaladon also so i know im not the only one

Please fix the problem with leveling up gear that after 15 to 17 times on auto it erros with report to Support  or continue. It really is very painful on the lower level gear but on the higher level gear at 39k and up is a joke.

Thats on a single level up on the gear.

Like lvl 13 to lvl 14 and higher.

I like premise of the game, but you do need to work on gear leveling it sucked up $55 after hitting cancel button, only had $75, have to say it pissed me off. Come to think acout it I loose a lot of money because there is a giant lack of info on how to play and do things, maybe your trying to make people buy from store!!!!!!

Great news! is there any future plans to address the gross atrocity that is the area system? when you're not logged in, you're being challenged to battles and losing all your progress... but you never gain any?? are you telling me that when you're logged off, you NEVER win a battle?? If you're going to go from 3rd tier mid level to 4th but dont log on for two days and now you're all the way back down to mid second level, it should work the other was as well.

Could you add a on / off button for the name plates in the castle. They are good for new players. Once you know where everything is, they take away from those sweet graphics.

Also could you look into incorporating a bluetooth controller?

ANGELSTAR  yes i too have been chat banned on a few occassions and this is usually caused by a double post message during a server lag... so make sure you can read your previous post before hitting enter as the bots see the second message as a spam attack and ban everyone for it. (we all get excited and type and post to fast)

Note report it to plarium via support as they are fairly quick to unban for this ....

Typically when this bug happens all you need to do is restart your game. I know it's annoying, but once you do you should see all of your silver is back and your piece might be a level or two higher than it said while it was bugged.

I  have  an  issue  with  your  epic  and  legendary  shards.  I  get  more  legendary  from  epic  shards  and  more  epic  champi from  legendary  shards.  It  would  be  nice  if  I could  get  legendary  champions from  legendary  shards  and  epic etc...

Also  I don't like  the  way  a  rare  champion can  be  practially  invincible in  the  arena.  Tired  of  ruling  in  the  doom  tower  against  lvl. 150  and  turn  around  with  the  same  team  and  get  smoked  by  one  single  lvl  60  champion in the arena.  Need  to  be  more  fair  in  balancing  opponents.
