I purchased a new HP lap top and launched Soldier Inc from Facebook.
It downloaded the Plarium play (SoldiersSetup.exe) in which it says that it is already installed.
Clicked the Launch button and I get the dialog box saying
Unrecoverable error occured. Please reinstall Plarium Play.
Can someone help?

Same error as photo above. Reaches 88% on install then I get the error message. Uninstalled/reinstalled. Used a different computer to clear cache.
Okay, fixed it by running as administrator

didn't make it's own file, says it's installed but nowhere to be found to uninstall it other than through microsoft. this happened after it did an update to the launcher yesterday, nothing has worked and I am about done with the game due to launcher issues. I am running windows 7 64 and have done everything they said to try

I tried it even on the administrator account instead of on reg account using administrative privledges

Having the same issue - even when uninstalled and reinstalled - still get the same error message.

Nothing works for me, i've deleted all folders of plarium play and i keep getting the same message ''This application is already installed on your computer'' knowing i deleted these files a while ago, and when i open the application anyway i get the unrecoverable error alert.

The Uninstall file is an osf file and is not being run. Please advise. PC says look online for an app to open this type of file.

"unrecoverable error occured..." same here.. Nothing seems to help.. My another lab top got the same error message few days ago (and still not working) and now this one quit too.. No access to my accounts anymore. Thx Plarium.
