Since earlier today I have been unable to log in to the game from Plarium Play on PC. It works fine on my phone and tablet. Please help! I tried everything - Full re-install game and launcher, restarting my router, trying VPN, clearing cache and all the stuff they tell you to do. Nothing worked.
I am having the same issue on my Chromebook. Took same steps. No problem on my PC.

Same here my multi battles fail and I keep losing connection, thought it was my internet but everything else is fine
Same problem on my pc. No problem with my S8 cellphone.
Trying to pregress my missions. It allows me to claim a reward and then goes to the next one, to claim the reward or go do the mission... or thats what it supposed to do. I can claim the award, but then it sits there for awhile til it tells me my connection is lost. Do i want to continue or retry. Continue bring to main screen (home), then i can go back in missions and clain that reward, rinse and repeat. Like its not connecting or some problem. Checked my connection speed on internet i am 200+mbps, on sveral different test. So i feel confident in my connection just not in Plarium.
I am having the same issue and get the same screen. Was working fine until around 9 or 10pm last night then after I finished a battle it kicked my off and i haven't been able to get back on since. Works fine on my phone s9

unable to play on my pc...plarium is no help...cool.. thank you for curing my addiction and saving me money.
Issues I can think of is either temporary server outage (nothing you can do about that, just wait) or for whatever reason your firewall is tempering with client connectivity to web. In later case, make sure to manually add it to exclusion from your firewall.
