Finally hit by the Server issues :(

Morning Plarium,


I have been lucky enough not to have any issues on either mobile device  or the Pc up until yesterday evening. Last night the chat was multiplying comments and struggled on Iphone 10. Trying to play the game on either bluestacks or Plarium play is not possible it will not allow you to log in.


To tell you customer base that its an internet issue is not only insulting, but i would hazard a guess that 70 % of you community base are adults who spend their hard earned cash on your game.


Ive been a big fan up until this point and you as a company have the community and potential to push this game into a place no other mobile game has.


Yet you keep disappointing us all.

Having the same issue since yesterday night (UK), Bluestacks and Plarium Play not signing in, bith reinstalled, firewall checked, all other apps working on Bluestacks

Same, Still can not log in using both bluestacks or plarium play. I have been logged in on my mobile and it registers that the account has been logged in using plarium play so it automatically logs you out and the message, ''your account has been accessed using another device'' pops up. Yet it does not log you in. 


I am Uk aswell.


Please somebody from Plarium respond its pushing 72 hours and still you have not responded. 


Disgusting really when people including myself spend hundreds if not thousands on your product.

The Game was working perfectly fine and had been for the past 6 months, never had any issues with it. 


This was up until Plarium did the latest hot-fixes and maintenance so please stop brushing us off like its our issue and what we are running on. 


Why on earth i would need to create a VPN to play a game when it has been working perfectly well up until Plarium has obviously messed things up.

Download any other game on Plarium play and it works!!


So the issue is with Raid, downloaded storm fall and vikings both work!


Explain that please!

I haven't been able to play for 3 days now. I've sent numerous messages and emails and I haven't received a single reply. I've done everything I can think of and everything Plarium suggests I do to get it to work. Alas, here I am posting about this problem again. I've played this game for less than a month and I haven't been able to play it for half that time because if these "issues". You are about to lose not only me but the 2 friends I talked into playing as well

Nope still not sorted my end. Even downloaded on my parents PC and doesnt load. 


I am disgusted by the lack of customer service. After £1000s which i have spent this really is a joke, They just do not care. 


Ive seen so many videos about their greed, its like their a one man band sat in there bedroom. We will reply once i have done the food shop and i log my pc from my bedroom again. 


Plarium will you responded before i start taking action, i pay the monthly sub so i am not getting what i am paying for!

Been having this issue for about a week now. Unable to login it or get it to load at all. It worked for about 20mins three days ago after waiting for it to update. Then failure again. While i understand this is a free game mostly, really do feel sorry for those that spend actual money of this squalid piece of computer crude. This is the PC version.

my game is loading but after each battle this hapens. if i hit relog battle will be lost and if i hit retry same massage 

i

I'm also getting the same connection error while trying to log in. I can get in though, just takes multiple tries for me (5-20 attempts and restarts).

I'm also getting the connection error after battles. 

I've already tried a clean install with no luck.

Been playing on PC for 7 months with no issues until about 3 or 4 days ago.

I  was  having  this  issue  as  well,  i  finally  accidentally  logged  in  with  my  VPN  on  and  it  worked  perfectly.  

This  fix  had  been  put  out  before,  but  I  thought  it  only  pertained  to  people  from  New  Zealand/Australia.
