I cannot login. Get connection error.

Sent a ticket to support.
They suggested Plarium play.
Game does not launch on plarium play either.
Tried Bluestacks, same error message.

It worked for a bit last night.
This morning it worked a bit again, but then stopped working at midday.
Not working on mobile at the moment.

In spider dungeon lvl 10. Àfter defeating spider got the server connection error. Hit log in again and got the perpetual loading screen. Wasted energy and no rewards. AGAIN!!!!!!

No,I do not have a VPN. This is the first mobile game I have heard of that would require a VPN.

This happens to me on certain ISP but not others.

Happening both on pc and android version


This might help the engineers, some fields are redacted for my privacy

server issues continues, even after server update,

Just finished fighting the CB and it won't load the results. There is some sort of connection error. I tested my internet and mobile network. I even loaded other apps and Google works fine. YouTube also works fine. It's just this game that's failing to connect. I restarted the game but still not working. I lodged a ticket. And they replied with play it on plarium play. But that just freezes up before it has a chance to authenticate. But I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing any connection issues right now? I've been playing for about 6 months on my Samsung galaxy s10 5g. And it's the only device I have. And no i don't have a VPN. Nor should I need a VPN to play a mobile game. Everything was working fine before the latest maintenance was done.

i have played this game on a Apple Ipad for over a 1 year and a half, no problems at all, on JAN 22 takes 20 mins to log in, after like 15 connection errors then i play for 10 to 20 mins and crash, crash , crash

server issues are still happening, have 2 accounts on different devices, both having the above mentioned issues. takes on the average about 10 to 15 mins to successfully login. very frustrating.

no i don't use a vpn, my pc is hardlined and my tablet uses wi-fi, never had this issues until recently, very frustrating when it affects both my accounts.
