On both my iPhone and PC accounts, when I login, the Artak daily login reward menu opens but it's completely empty. No pictures and no buttons for the daily login reward. When I close it, a few seconds later, an error window appears.

This is happening for me too, tried to uninstall and reinstall but the problem persists.
Having the same issue Tried on Palarium play on a pc, Android, and iOS (iPad).
Known bug for users at the moment. Should get looked after as it hits daytime in Europe.

Its putting a damper on my CVC progress. I was planning on upgrading him with some food tonight not to mention the points were missing on those who cant pull him. do you think there will be compensation (chickens energy pots etc) for those affected.
Came for this reason, works on my newer phone account but not my PC account, glad it is being looked into
