Still can’t play. No response from support but did get a receipt from apple for a pack I bought 2 nights ago.

Still NO RESPONSE from PLARIUM! I just sent another email asking "Why are they ignoring the people who are having issues with the 1.7 patch?" This may be an issue with older devices and older OS versions. I just bought a new phone today a Galaxy S10+. I was wondering and I might be wrong. But I was thinking since it will not run on Nox and will not run on the Note 5. It might be with ATT's service may be blocking something that is vital to the game since Nox and the Note 5 only have one thing in common is my internet connection. Which is running fine!!!

Mine is stuck on 84%, but prettymuch the same issue. I noticed it doesn't download just not loading properly. this update will cause 40-60% of the players to drop out of the game, and right after official launch too.

Every time I try to get into the game it’s still trying to load the update and it will not finish I’ve sent a bunch of support tickets and nothing is happened put a lot of time and effort into this game is very frustrating that no one is Coming up with a solution for this problem if anyone knows of a fix please let me knowBeen locked out of this game for three days now

FINALLY!!! IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING! After about the 25th uninstall and reinstall it seems like the problem resolved itself!

I have a Samsung Galaxy note 10 and I am still experiencing the same issue almost a year later. I looked through the forums. These idiots at Plarium dont respond to anyone. I think I'm gonna delete before I spend any kind of money. They seem fishy to me.

Still the same issue a year later. I am just trying to start. Made it through to level 2 on walkthrough and boom. Cant even load a campaign match and the resources are taking forever. These idiots are incompetent crooks. No money or love from me. Hope you deleted before you spent too much

I have the same issue on multiple android devices, tried deleting cache, deleting files, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, rebooting the device etc.  My Plarium Play on PC works fine though, seems to be just some android and iphones having the issue right now?


On a side note, had a similar issue a few patches ago where the above fixed the issue, but it was only one SOME android devices, the others worked fine.  This is truly a very weird sporadic issue with their updates it seems, where some people have odd issues and others seem to work completely fine, but somethings definitely up.

Auto response from support said update to 1.15.2 to fix login issues, it won't ask you to update, you manually have to go to the play store and run the update, this literally was 5 minutes after a fresh install, so either the patch JUST hit, or it needs to be run even after a fresh install.

I have completed the uninstall and reinstall on both Mac, PC and iOS all same error since update. 

I believe there are many tickets but would like some response from Plarium on the issue and time frame for resolution.

Been happening to me all day I'm thinking it's the way it's updating some data won't download certain ways like p2p or like downloading a torrent file it will only let you download so much before it shuts the door. I know it's not a torrent per say but the signal is messing up maybe.

Even though this does happen i appreciate the updates ii kinda wish the updates was more noticeable to me but i understand there are a lot of players i do understand this takes for us to upload the game for the updates to load but it does make more save space in our phone so probably make it worth it is all im saying but i encourage to keep playing it

Have not been able to play on my note 10 since the last update. Freezes up on start up every single time tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn't work tried to contact support 2 time and got a response basically saying just play on pc got another response from. My play store review saying just go play on pc. Well what if I don't have a pc what then plarium. This support is a joke I would have preferred  you just say its a known issue we are working on it, but this is by far one of the worst game tech support I've ever seen.
