Hi, i was banned for refund abuse as well, dont see how its possible to be banned for purchases for items i did not approve of, seems very odd to ban people for asking back for money they did not themselfs spend. I do buy quite a bit but should not be banned for unathorised purchases. Done not seem right to me at all

Have you opened a ticket with Support? When you do, make sure to reply to the automated email.

I am also banned and noticed there is no time limit. That means these bans are permanent right? I have filed a ticket but have not yet had a response other than the automated reply 

Reply to the auto reply. 

I have replied to the auto reply but still no reply sadly.
