I was also banned from chat for no apparent reason. This is something I would like Plarium to take seriously and fix.... Based on the number of reports here this is obviously an issue. I've spent a lot of money on this game and to get banned from chat with no warning or even an explanation other than I violated your policy (which one?) It's unsat! I also submitted a trouble ticket and other than the automated mail response I've heard absolutely nothing.

UPDATE: I am no longer banned but I still can't send messages in clan chat.. I can only send messages in global chat.. wtf is going on here and why is this continueing to happen to people for an entire month..

I've got a chat ban randomly yesterday as well! Came outa nowhere, I don't even use global chat.. I made a thread post on this sub-forum as well (above this thread).

I've got the same issue everyone else is having and I sent you a PM regarding it with my Plarium ID included. As well I made a separate thread regarding my issue, which is in the same sub-forum as this thread. My Plarium ID is in the PM, the thread I made, and in the reply above this one. Please help!

Hello,
Unfortunately I left my town and spent holiday break in place with no range.. anyway thank you for asking. Now my problem is solved (ban expired 25december)
In-game ticket was closed with no reply... no comments
I read some comments here and i have one more idea. Maby it was some 'spam ban' .. idk - i was chatting and send few msg in short time, but it wasn't spam! No one was offended, it wasn't unwanted comments... just chatting.
My idea is IF you don't want ppl to send too frequent msg than apply some kind of delay timer to 'send' button. Don't be hasty ban masters :)

Me too.. suddenly i was banned from chat both global and clan without any reason. And its already my third times its happend. Please un banned me now
