CANT LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT

after recent update i cant login to my account :( :( :( i had my plarium account with gmail and i tryed to login and it created new account :( support is not answering me! :( what can i do? playing game nearly 1 year and have invested some money and dont want to loose al ma champs :( :( :( (:

If you linked your game account to facebook in the past, there is still hope:

You need to log into the game using the mobile, do all the tutorial
then go to your details: there will be an option to log in, then choose
to do so with your facebook.  

This way you can log in, kicking out the hacker. He will log in again, you will have to keep an eye on the game until support either locks the account or disonnects the hakcer's plarium account.

I've been in the game since Sunday morning, it's now 49hours. My phone is crying xD

tryed, not working, when login to facebook it automaticly want to login with plarium id too, and then i'am in the wrong loop again :( :(

Please, send me the following information. It will help to process your request:
- The nickname of your account or its Player ID
- The model of the device you played on
- Screenshots of your last purchase confirmation emails
- Registration year and month
- Registration country and city

Make sure that the dates of the purchases and Order Numbers are visible.

Here's how to check your purchase history:
- Review your order history on Google Play
- See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store

If you have made payments on PC, contact your bank to get the corresponding receipts.

i have this problem too! and i send all info to the support and  they dont solve me and now  nobody anwer me :( i lost lvl 84 account i need help i wanna play again..

The problem is that on Saturday the 16th in the morning when I wanted to
access the game it told me to log in to enter but when I put my data to
enter to log in it told me that it was not correct that that and did
not exist then I log in to through Google and it was linked to a new
plarium id and what I got was a new empty account and what I want is to
recover my old account of lvl 84 please 

this is the solutiion of support but dont solve  my problem, because when i log through Google G its  created a new  plarium id with new and emptu account ..

There were no identifying info but removed ticket info to be safe.

OFC i think everybody did the same, i have new empy account to, or two one i tryed recover trought facebook and same thing new was created... couse hackers unlinked the social media accounts...

It can be solved but it is taking too much time! :(

yess my clan partners said me that im in the clan but im inactive for  4 days

its a lvl 84 account but it was unlinked from my gmail account  and when i try to conect with Google it was created a new plarium id

:(

I am very upset because because of this problem I am going to miss all the Halloween events and especially the fragment events :( everything because they have hacked you because it is not normal that it happens to so many people I hope you solve it soon or at least reward to people affected like me by this because it is very helpless not to be able to do anything and it is only depending on someone competent to solve your problem, I hope the truth will be solved soon, thank you and I encourage all those affected ...

I have been unable to access my account since the 14th and can't get a response from support after sending them screenshots, purchase history, Nickname and ID. I have spent a good deal of money on this game. Does anyone from Plarium READ these? I'm about to lose my sh*t.

im the same, its nearly a week since i sent them all the info asked for, they said it was going to 2nd level support and now nothing for days, im missing all the halloween events and no idea if my account has been trashed, shards pulled or anything else, this is crazy, surely its cant be that hard to restore an account. Just set one of the guys to doing it in the team and make your users happy
