This is a known bug/issue. Sorry you're dealing with it. Please try these steps since there seems to be a Cloudflare DNS issue affecting the login in some areas:  

A VPN is working for many people. If you need a recommendation, Windscribe is free for several gigs of info per month. It is the one I use myself. Check it out in your app store.   

See if you can get on the browser version on pc/mac, if that is an option: https://now.gg/apps/plarium/6886/raid-legends.html  

Try clearing cache: From your Google Play Store, update WebView and other google related apps and see, if that will do the trick (it worked for some people already)

It might be a DNS Cloudflare issue, but yes, they are trying to resolve it.

Experiencing this problem again.  Started 2 days ago on my Android mobile device, but I still have access to the account via Plarium Play on PC, but now cannot log out and back in on the mobile device.

Logging in via VPN, uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the cache - DOES NOT HELP 

You must manually delete folder \Plarium\ in C:\Users\*USER*\AppData\LocalLow\   and all must working.

I can't even log out. I got a new PC and downloaded the game and it is forcing a whole new game/profile on me. I am logged into Plarium and am logged in here. but when I open Raid it is a whole new game with no option to log out so that I can open my profile. What do i do? I spent a lot of money on this game.

This is a tougher one. Are you using Plarium Play? Have you created your plarium account with your in game account from your mobile device?

I keep getting "account disconnected install" I've reinstalled account mulitple times and still can't get to my account... HELP, please
