"Login with Facebook" button not working

Hi, 

I've been playing with 2 accounts, one bound with facebook and one with plarium ID. Everything was fine yesterday, and today morning I can't login with Facebook.

Simply, clicking the button doesnt prompt the login form at all. Just nothing happens when I click it.
Logging in with plariumId works as usual, but the Login with Facebook button just doesnt do anything.
I tried to reinstall the game, didn't help.
Is any1 else experiencing the issue. I can't seem to find any similar threads online.

Having the same problem, as of 27/2 my FB link doesn’t prompt when i click it. 🤷‍♂️


Reinstalling doesn’t do anything.

It is stupid to say, but it is kind of a relief that I am not alone. Thanks for letting me know. Hope they will fix it soon.

I found a fix!!!!


If you have an android device or another person you know has one install the game and login on their device. Create a Plarium ID then log in with that same ID on your iOS device. Hopefully this helps!

Well it's a workaround, but i'd still like to login with FB, since it makes switching accounts easier - no need to type passwords or anything. :) Thanks for sharing the tip, but I'd really like them to resolve the issue and make it as it was before.

This really needs to be fixed I lost my account because I couldn’t create a plarium id in the game or connect to Facebook so now my account is lost, if anyone knows what to do please help, I have already contacted a game administrator but i don’t know how long it could take for them to respond


Edit: I have also contacted Support now, and created a Facebook post on Raid Shadow Legends Facebook Page, still no response from the Administrator


This is a second edit: Plarium needs to fire their raid shadow legends administrator and get someone who is actually active in the community and on the forums or someone that can actually help the players, I have messaged rebirth master the only administrator and it has been days and they still haven’t responded, need a more active/ better staff

Same issue here. Have two acts: 1 Facebook linked, 1 plarium account. Cannot login using the Facebook link.

Same here, I made the mistake of connecting my prime to my Plarium account while maxing out my battle pass of the Facebook account, which I can’t access. I just want the Facebook login to work, or my money back

This is really unacceptable, you are great at sucking up everyone’s money but you cannot spend it for any type of support!! Plarium, you suck!! 3 days without any type of response for such an issue is unacceptable.

I am having the same problem. What’s worse, is I was actually purchasing an item on the store when I received a message from support telling me to log out and log back in because “needed to verify my payment” and we all know what happened after that.

I found a temporary solution; if you have an Android device, download the game and connect to Facebook, create an plarium ID and sync the accounts. After that, go back to your iOS device and log in with the Plarium ID.


My player ID is um41552473 | 40723436. It is only fair that we receive compensation for the last few days

Dear Plarium devs and support team, would it make your Day a lot easier if I just send you my credit info?? Then you can just take what you need without The hazzle of actually working on fixing thing’s or replying all of u’s that feel f....d atm.


Edit: after almost 4 days I was able to log in on my main account, by using my iPad. It updated The game and I logged in with Fb.

So if plarium just send my compensation for 4 days lost ingame with gold battle pass.

I would love to post here how many mails I did just for today to reach support but there is no answer!!! What kind of hustle is that??? I payed for my battle pass and more...


So story is... my app was lagging and freezing all day and I decided to reinstall it .unfortunately... I didn’t made plarium id but I connected it with my Facebook..now I can’t get access to my account.i was trying everything but it didn’t work out for me.whole day I was trying to reach support but there is no answer !!! I want my account or my money back!!!


It’s very upsetting!
