Lost account when connecting to Plarium ID

Per today’s communication recommending accounts to be linked to plarium - I went into settings and entered my email account to setup the connection. 


My account after connecting to Plarium was reset entirely. My previous gameplay is lost. Not sure where to go from here. Any way to recover the data?

I’ve been trying to connect w support for 5 days and haven’t had any response. I’m unable to log into my plarium account. When I click on connect nothing happens

I am also having the same issues. I just bought 2 packs then played for abit before trying the login with Facebook. The game restarted and I lost everything. It's a new account now. In game support does not even reply. 


What can i do ?

I can enter the game. It's a new account not my old account. 


And your in game support is a joke. I'm sure many have said the same thing. Zero respond. 


So I've written to the email you have provided and let's see if that helps.

For me the same story but from 13 may.

Support dont respond if you write 1 ticket.


My problem started at 13 may:

Disconnect many times and lost a lot energie points

After that i cant login the game no internet.....but my internet is great!!

Then i use VPN and i can login the game (smile but not for long) i deleted the game and download it again.

But after install i need to download the Patch 1.7 and we get again the same old story it upload till 87% not more.

So i cant play

Support is bad for 3 days now.

I dont know if i'm the only one with this kind of problem and no help from support.

TommyGunzz ! I have been playing raid  for awhile. I've put over 100 dollars into it. I'm extremely aggravated that I cannot get into my game

I just lost mine while I was in middle of playing the gsme.  It went to a loading screen and totally reset like I had never played!!

I am also experiencing the same fate.


People try out RNG games before they are willing to sign up for anything.

this sort of thing shouldn't happen!

Worthless.  No one ever replies to tickets from Plarium anymore.  Me and at least eight clan members were complaining about this just a few days ago.  They need more employees, or the employees need to start doing their job, either/or

same thing happened to me. we got an update or patch and my game totally reset. when i log into my plarium account that reset. 9 months wasted and $80 gone. i opened up tickets but they DO NOT RESPOND. not even a number we can call. are we able to get a refund or are they just hoping we give up and forget about it?

Hi, I try to connect my account to id Plarium but my game restarts at the beginning when I try. I lost access to my previous gameplay and it is not connected to id Plarium yet.

I am now logged in with my new account. I have tried logging out and reinstalling my game but that also resets the game. 

I have sent a ticket to support but I Have not yet received a reply. The ticket number is 1649728 and my in game nickname is ngi01.  Please help

Same story here. Can't login to my account. Says my mail address its not recognized. Played 1year+, spent many €€ and can't use it.  Support in game doesn't work. 

Sent mail to support but no response, request number:1650119.

My Nick in game: Wizz. Level 60 account.

I downloaded Plarium on my pc, used the same email address as my mobile account, and it started me over,from the beginning. I've spent over $300.00 on this game, I really need to get my old account back please. I tried to open support from my phone, but it just hangs without connecting. Now my mobile device says this login is associated with another account. No kidding! Please help! Thank you

Still isn't fixed for me. No response from support. 

Guess I can forget about my 1yr+ old account and and just ask Google pay to refund all the money I've spent..

Same problem here,  level 60 account, lots of money spent, connected to plarium ID after recent update and game reset back to level 1 tutorial and when I try to reconnect via Facebook it says connected to existing account (mine!) but allows no access through the app to my account. In game ID- maelich, ticket number 1685203. Sounds like there is no support response but hopefully this can be resolved or this game will be losing a loyal paying player. Hate to lose all of my hard grinding and investment but maybe it's a sign for me to move on.
